Online Secure Payment



We use PayPal to process online payments. PayPal is an internationally recognised safe form of online payment, and you do not need a PayPal account to make a secure online purchase.

If you DO NOT have a PayPal account: Simply make your purchase in Foxythings4u using the shopping cart. Then checkout selecting 'PayPal' as your payment method. Once in PayPal select ‘Don’t have a PayPal account? Pay with your credit/debit card' to complete your payment.

If you DO have a PayPal account and wish to use it to make your payment: Simply make your purchase in Foxythings4u using the shopping cart. Then checkout selecting 'PayPal' as your payment method. Once in PayPal sign-in to your PayPal account to complete your payment.

Returns Policy

Any item/s purchased from this site can be returned within 10 days of receipt for a refund. We will refund you what you paid for the goods, but not the delivery charge, except in cases where the order was cancelled or was faulty.

Items must always be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging as we are unable to accept any goods that have evidence of ‘wear and tear’.
Items of Clothing

Please avoid deodorant/ fragrances as these can leave marks/scent. Also please avoid pet hairs.

Jewellery

Please avoid contact with deodorant/fragrances and water. Handle with care to avoid scratches. Please note that pierced earrings cannot be returned.

Household Items

Handle with care to avoid scratches/dents. When returning goods, please ensure you fully complete the returns note and use the returns label that came with your parcel.

Important: The cost of returning your parcel/s is your responsibility.
